Due to the extenuating circumstances involving the recent pandemic, Electrical District #2’s office will be closed to the public until further notice.

During this time, please utilize our alternative options to make payments:

  • Pay in cash at any MoneyGram location: Inside Walmart or CVS/Pharmacy, please have your account number ready and provide our ED2 receive code: 15794
  • 24/7 Secure-Pay-By-Phone: 844-203-6548
  • Mobile App
  • You may drop your check or money order in our office drop box (Located at the north end of our building)
