Tri-Cor Air-Conditioning and Heating In an effort to provide additional services to our
customers and to people residing in the Tri-Valley area, Electrical District
No. 2 has formed a subsidiary to provide several types of contracting
services. The name of the subsidiary is Tri-Cor, Inc. Tri-Cor serves as a vehicle to allow Electrical District
No. 2 to enter into new businesses that traditionally have not been provided
by electric utilities. The first outgrowth of this is a division of Tri-Cor
called ED2 Contracting Services. The name of ED2 Contracting Services has been
subsequently renamed to Tri-Cor Air-Conditioning and Heating. This group
provides air conditioning and heating service and sales. Earnings from these business
activities provides income to Electrical District No. 2 and helps to keep our
rates as low as possible. Dick Cire is responsible for sales and
operations of Tri-Cor
Air-Conditioning and Heating. To accompany the air conditioning and heating sales, an
attractive financing program has been obtained through our association with
